New York City Fairness in Apartment Rental Expenses Act


Purpose of This Disclosure

This disclosure provides an itemized list of all fees that a tenant may be required to pay to rent and occupy an apartment at 240 Central Park South, as required by New York City law. This disclosure must be reviewed and signed before lease execution.


No broker fee is required to rent an apartment at 240 Central Park South.

 

All fees listed below are maximum amounts, where noted, and may change as permitted by law.
